What every seat gets
Pro-level access, for everyone.
A Business seat carries the same capabilities as an individual Pro plan. Nothing is held back for a higher team tier, and nobody on the team is stuck on the free model while someone else gets the good one.

The frontier tier — the top Claude Opus, GPT and Gemini Pro models — plus standard models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral and others. Pick the model per message, or let Auto route.
Agent Mode
Hand off multi-step work. The agent plans, then uses tools across the member's own workspace — searching and writing Brain notes, creating Life OS tasks, drafting in Creation Hub, searching the web — and reports back.

Everything a team owner needs lives under Team in the app: who is on the team, what they can do, how many seats you pay for, and whether those seats are used.
Owner, admin and member roles
The owner is the billing customer: they choose the seat count, manage billing, and promote or demote admins. Admins invite people, remove members and see the usage view. Members use their seat and can leave at any time.
Invites by email or link
Invite a work email and Aurora emails the link, or create an open link and share it yourself. Every link is single-use, expires after 7 days and can be revoked; an invite addressed to an email only works for the account with that email. Aurora stores a hash of each invite token, never the token itself.
Seats you control
Buy between 2 and 100 seats. Change the count from Team → Billing: PayPal asks the owner to approve, the new count is usable once PayPal confirms it, and the new total is billed from the next renewal. Joining checks the seat count under a database lock, so two people can never take the last seat at once.
One PayPal bill
One subscription for the whole team, paid by the owner in USD, monthly or annually — no per-person cards to track. Cancel from Team → Billing; every seat keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Usage view — counts, not content
Owners and admins see how many chat messages and image, voice and video generations each member made in the last 30 days, counted only from the day they joined. It answers “is everyone using their seat?” without showing a single prompt.
Enterprise when self-serve isn't enough
Past 100 seats, or need an annual contract and invoice instead of PayPal? Enterprise starts at 50 seats with volume pricing, and we set the seats up for you.
Privacy model
Your team shares a bill, not a brain.
Business changes who pays, not who can read. Each member's workspace stays exactly as private as it is on a personal plan.
- Every member's notes, chats, saved answers and generated files belong to that member's account and are isolated by Postgres row-level security — the same per-account isolation personal plans use.
- Owners and admins see the roster (name, email, role, join date) and activity counts. Nothing in the team admin tools — no screen, export or endpoint — shows another member's content.
- The team tables are read-only from the browser: a signed-in user can read only their own membership and their own team, and every change — invites, roles, seats — goes through server routes that check the caller's role first.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, in one managed Postgres instance in Asia Pacific (ap-southeast-1). There is no end-to-end encryption: Aurora's servers process your content to run the AI features.
- Aurora doesn't use your team's content to train models. Requests go to the AI providers listed on the security page, under those providers' own data policies — the privacy policy has the details.
- Removing someone from the team never deletes their account or their content; it only ends the seat.

Sign up or sign in, open Team in the sidebar and name your team. Whoever creates it is the owner and the billing customer.

Choose 2–100 seats and monthly or annual billing, then approve the subscription in PayPal. The owner's own account uses one seat.

Invite by email or share a link. Invitees sign in or create a free Aurora account, accept, and get Pro-level access straight away.

Promote admins, remove people to free a seat, or change the seat count. Seat changes need the owner's approval in PayPal and are billed from the next renewal — no mid-cycle proration.

What Business doesn't include (yet)
Better you read it here than find it in a procurement review. Enterprise doesn't add these either — it changes how you buy, not what the product does.

Aurora Business questions
What is Aurora Business?
Aurora Business is the team plan for Aurora by Langyuange, the all-in-one AI workspace. A team owner buys seats on one PayPal subscription and invites colleagues; every seat gets Pro-level access to multi-model chat, Agent Mode, image and video generation, notes and planning, while each member's content stays private to them.
How much does Aurora Business cost?
$25 per seat per month billed monthly, or $20 per seat per month billed annually ($240 per seat per year). The minimum is 2 seats and checkout is self-serve up to 100. A 5-person team pays $125 a month, or $1200 a year on annual billing. Prices are in USD, billed via PayPal.
What does each Business seat include?
Everything in Pro: frontier models (the top Claude Opus, GPT and Gemini Pro models), Agent Mode, unlimited standard-model chat with the model picker, image and video generation, voice-over, and all eight modules with a private Second Brain.
Can the owner or admins read members' chats and notes?
No. They see the roster (name, email, role, join date) and activity counts — chat messages and image, voice and video generations — counted only from the day each member joined. Message text, prompts, notes and generated files stay private to each member, isolated by row-level security.
How do we add or remove seats?
The owner opens Team → Billing and sets a new seat count between 2 and 100. PayPal asks the owner to approve the change; the new count is usable once PayPal confirms it, and the new total is billed from the next renewal — there is no mid-cycle proration. You can't go below the number of current members, so remove people first when shrinking, and seats added since your last payment can only be removed after the renewal that bills them.
Does the owner's account use a seat?
Yes. Every member, the owner included, uses one seat, so a 2-seat team is the owner plus one colleague.
What happens when someone leaves or is removed?
Their seat frees up for someone else, and they keep their Aurora account with all their notes and chats — they simply drop back to their personal plan. Members can leave on their own at any time. The owner can't leave the team they own: cancel in Team → Billing and delete the team once its paid access has ended, or contact support.
What happens if we cancel?
The owner cancels in Team → Billing. The seats already paid for keep access until the end of the paid period (seats added since the last payment were never billed, so they end at cancellation); after that, members return to their personal plans and nobody's content is deleted. Settings → Danger zone only deletes your own chats and notes — it doesn't close your account or end the team or its billing. Closing an account is done by email; if the owner's account is closed, the team is deleted with it and members lose their seats (their own accounts and content stay). Closing an account doesn't cancel PayPal, so the owner should cancel Business in Team → Billing first.
I already pay for Plus or Pro. What happens when I join a team?
Your personal subscription is separate and keeps billing until you cancel it in Settings. While your seat is active you get Pro-level access either way, so you may want to cancel a personal plan after joining. One account can be on one team at a time.
Should I buy Pro or Business?
If it's just you, Pro ($39.99 a month) — Business needs at least 2 seats. For two or more people who all need frontier models and Agent Mode, Business costs less per person ($25 a seat a month, or $20 billed annually) and adds roles, invites, one bill and the usage view.
Does Aurora Business support single sign-on?
Not yet. There is no SAML or OIDC single sign-on and no SCIM provisioning today; each member signs in with their own Aurora account. The full list of what Business doesn't include yet is on this page.
When do we need Enterprise instead?
When you need 50 or more seats, an annual contract, or invoice billing instead of a PayPal subscription. Enterprise includes everything in Business with volume pricing, and we set your seats up for you. It does not add extra product features today. Email wavezhou6@gmail.com for a quote.
Is there a refund?
Yes. The 7-day refund covers the first payment of a new Business subscription, requested by the team owner. Renewals aren't covered, and added seats are billed from the next renewal, so there is nothing prorated to refund. Enterprise refunds follow the contract. The full policy is at /refund.
How does Aurora Business compare with ChatGPT Business or Claude Team?
On price they're level: ChatGPT Business and Claude Team list $25 per seat per month billed monthly and $20 billed annually (checked September 2026), the same as Aurora Business. The difference is scope. Each of those is built around one vendor's models and that vendor's admin tooling; Aurora gives every seat models from several vendors plus image and video generation, notes, planning and learning in one workspace, without single sign-on or a shared team workspace yet. If you want one vendor's models with that vendor's own admin controls, they are the better fit.
