Refund Policy

1. 7-day full refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a new subscription (Plus or Pro, monthly or annual). No questions asked.
The window applies to the first purchase only. Renewal charges are not covered by the 7-day window — cancel before the renewal date instead (see §2).
Email zhoulang0411@163.com from the address on your Aurora account, mention the PayPal subscription ID (visible in Settings → Billing), and we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
2. After 7 days
After the 7-day window, we do not issue refunds for the current period. Cancellation is always available in Settings → Billing (or directly in your PayPal account) — you keep access through the end of the current period, and are not billed again.
Exceptions: prolonged outages, billing errors, or hardship cases will be handled individually. Email us and we will respond.
3. Currency and fees
Aurora prices in USD. PayPal converts your local currency at its rate and settles refunds in the same currency you paid in.
Refunds return the full charged amount. PayPal transaction fees paid on the original charge are not refundable by us — that is a PayPal policy we can't override.
4. Failed payments and involuntary cancellations
If PayPal fails to collect a renewal payment, we retry per PayPal's default schedule. If all retries fail, the subscription is suspended and access ends when the current paid period expires.
You can re-subscribe at any time from the /upgrade page — historical usage and settings are preserved.
5. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with PayPal or your card issuer before contacting us, we will lose the ability to process the refund on our end and your account may be flagged. Please email us first — we resolve billing issues much faster than a chargeback ever will.
