Personal plan or Business?
Free, Plus or Pro. You own the subscription and manage it in Settings. Pro ($39.99/month) is the plan with frontier models and Agent Mode.
Business gives every seat Pro-level access on one PayPal bill. The owner invites people, sets roles, and adds or removes seats; each member's notes and chats stay private to them.
Enterprise is an annual contract with invoice billing and volume pricing, and we set the seats up for you — no card checkout. Talk to sales.
Pricing questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. A new plan takes effect as soon as PayPal confirms it, and cancelling keeps your current plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Moving between Plus and Pro, or from a personal plan to a Business seat? Email support and we'll make sure you're only billed for one. Your data stays intact across all plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. When a paid plan ends, your account carries on as Free with your notes and chats intact, and you can download your conversations and notes as JSON from Settings at any time. To close your account entirely, email us; Settings → Danger zone deletes your conversations and notes right away.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Full refund within 7 days of a new Plus, Pro or Business subscription purchase — no questions. For Business, the team owner asks, and it covers the first payment. Renewal charges aren't covered by the window; cancel before the renewal date instead. Added Business seats are billed from the next renewal, so there is nothing prorated to refund. Enterprise refunds follow the contract. Full policy at /refund.
Do you have a team or business plan?
Yes — Aurora Business. It costs $25 per seat per month billed monthly, or $20 per seat per month billed annually ($240 per seat per year), with a 2-seat minimum and self-serve checkout for up to 100 seats. Every seat gets Pro-level access: frontier models, Agent Mode and everything in Plus. The team owner pays one PayPal subscription and invites members by email or link. Details at /business.
How does per-seat billing work?
The number of seats is the quantity on your team's PayPal subscription, and every member — the owner included — uses one. To change it, the owner sets a new seat count in Team → Billing and approves the change in PayPal; the new count is usable once PayPal confirms it, and the new total is billed from the next renewal (no mid-cycle proration). You can't go below the number of people already on the team — remove members first. Example: 2 seats monthly is $50 a month.
Can team admins see my chats or notes?
No. The owner and admins see the roster (name, email, role, join date) and activity counts — chat messages and image, voice and video generations — counted only from the day each member joined. They never see message text, prompts, notes or generated files. Each member's content stays private to their own account, isolated by row-level security.
What happens if I'm removed from a team, or the team cancels?
A removed member keeps their Aurora account and everything in it, and drops back to their personal plan (Free unless they pay for Plus or Pro themselves). If the owner cancels Business, every seat keeps access until the end of the paid period, then members return to their personal plans. Nothing is deleted either way.
What is Aurora Enterprise?
